Not All Heroes Wear Capes—Some Wear Aprons! 

It’s almost time for School Lunch Hero Day! Our cafeteria staff works tirelessly to serve up delicious, nutritious meals across the district, and now it’s our turn to serve up some gratitude.

We encourage students and parents to take a moment during this first Friday of May to show their appreciation. Whether it’s a handmade thank-you card, a cheerful "hello," or a quick note of thanks, let’s make sure our lunch heroes know how much they mean to the CCSD community—especially on the official School Lunch Hero Day, Friday, May 1!
